Makes all efforts to ensure the timely delivery of products, and when unable, communicates with the customer as soon as possible to inform them of any complications and steps to be taken to provide a mutually agreeable solution.
Privacy: Maintains and upgrades on-line shopping cart and corresponding technologies to ensure to the best of their ability the privacy of all customers purchasing on-line. Does not sell or give away private information on customers product or service choices, age or demographic information, or any other information regarding the on-line consumer without the express permission of the consumer.
Honesty: Exhibits the same honesty a customer would expect from a traditional brick and mortar business. Honors the ticketed price on cart items as expressed in company store websites, practices in a fair and faithful manner with all consumers, regardless of consumer astuteness.

Maintains sufficient firewall protection and virtual private networks (VPN's) for enhanced security, to safeguard not only credit card information but any and all other information pertaining to the customer.
